DESIGNS! is a full-service interior design studio, led by Susan Hoffman, ASID, that specializes in residential interior design. Our discriminating clients appreciate high quality design, attention to detail and personalized service. Our studio has built an extensive on-site library of resources and is conveniently located in Wayzata, Minnesota.
Our Approach
We focus on creating an environment that meets the functional, aesthetic and safety needs of our clients. Each project receives the personal attention it deserves. The design process begins by helping the client determine their likes and dislikes, needs and preferences. The plan that develops is a comprehensive approach that makes the living experience more enjoyable.
We have decades of experience collaborating with builders, architects, construction supervisors and subcontractors to manage the project, maximize the value to you and make your home uniquely yours.
Fees & Costs
We offer a complimentary, initial "in studio" interview. Beyond that, there are three ways to use our design services:
- Consultation only (hourly design fee)
- Hourly design fee plus procurement of discounted product
- Project basis
